Privacy notice

Last updated: 12 May 2026

Astro One (“we”, “us”) is operated by Mintfocus. This notice explains what information we collect from the Astro One website, why we collect it, and what your rights are.

What we collect

While the site is in pre-launch, we collect only the email address you submit on the sign-up form. We do not currently collect names, payment details, or birth data.

Our hosting provider (Vercel) and email provider (Resend) automatically receive technical metadata about your request — IP address, user agent, and timestamps — which they use to deliver the service and protect against abuse. We do not combine this with your email address.

Why we collect it

  • To notify you, once, when Astro One launches.
  • To protect the sign-up endpoint against automated abuse (rate limiting by IP).

How long we keep it

We retain your email address until you unsubscribe or until 12 months after launch, whichever is sooner. Unsubscribe links are included in every email we send.

Who we share it with

  • Resend — stores the email address and sends our launch notification.
  • Vercel — hosts the website and processes request logs.
  • Upstash — stores short-lived rate-limit counters keyed by IP.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data-protection law you have the right to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict our processing of it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@astro-one.app.

Changes

If we change this notice in a material way, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify subscribers by email.
