These terms govern your use of the Astro One website at astro-one.app, operated by Mintfocus. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site.
The service
While in pre-launch, Astro One is a single-page site that lets you submit your email address to be notified when the full product launches. We make no warranty that the launch will happen on any particular date, or at all.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit email addresses that are not yours, or that you do not have permission to submit.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or probe the site for vulnerabilities outside of a responsible-disclosure context.
- Do not scrape, frame, or otherwise reuse the site’s content without permission.
Intellectual property
The Astro One name, the site’s design, copy and code are owned by Mintfocus. You may not copy or redistribute them without written permission.
No warranty
The site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations, whether express or implied, in connection with the site.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mintfocus will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
